  • Certificate of Incorporation

    Issued by the Registrar of Companies (RoC), a Certificate of Incorporation (CoI) confirms that we are a registered legal entity under the Companies Act, 2013

    Studeasy Foundation's Section 8 license confirms our legal status as a non-profit organization in India under the Companies Act, 2013. It also confirms that we are entitled to certain privileges under the law.

    Studeasy Foundation has a Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department, which is mandatory for all organizations that engage in financial transactions
