With his expertise, he builds and leverages relationships with corporations, government authorities, educators, and the operations team. Under his leadership, the foundation has achieved a pan-India presence and partnered with state governments to impact over 4.5 lakh government school students. Lehar's efforts have brought together diverse stakeholders for successful collaborations with socially-responsible companies in India.

Lavin Mirchandani
Lavin Mirchandani leads Program Development, Finance, and Compliance at Studeasy Foundation. With a focus on effective, affordable, and scalable technology adoption, he has built highly impactful programs from the outset. His streamlined processes enable fast and cost-effective execution, strengthening the organization's strategies to meet evolving demands in government schools. As a key leader, Lavin drives Studeasy Foundation's mission to provide quality education to underprivileged students.

Mitesh Telgade
Mitesh Telgade has worked closely with the Founders of Studeasy Foundation ever since they started on their journey to make Quality Education accessible to India's 125 MN Govt. school students. Over the years, Mitesh has developed unique expertise in timely execution of technology-driven developmental programs in Govt. schools across India as per Lavin's specifications, and under Lehar's supervision. To make this happen, Mitesh regularly recruits, trains and supervises a talented set of Project Managers and on-ground Project Associates in various locations across India.
