Lehar Tawde leads Fundraising, Government Relations, and Program Development at Studeasy Foundation. With his expertise, he builds and leverages relationships with Govt. authorities corporate donors, industry experts, educators, trainers, and Studeasy Foundation’s operations’ team. Under his leadership, the foundation has achieved a pan-India presence and partnered with State Governments to impact over 8.4 lakh students, youth, SHGs & MSMEs. Lehar's efforts have united diverse-yet-interconnected stakeholders for successful collaborations in India.

Lavin Mirchandani leads Operations, Finance, and Compliance at Studeasy Foundation. With deep understanding of technology and sharp focus on effective, affordable & scalable adoption, he has built highly impactful programs from the outset. His streamlined processes enable fast and cost-effective execution, strengthening our strategies to meet evolving demands for various audience groups. As a key leader, Lavin drives Studeasy Foundation's mission to provide Quality Education, Skill Development & Livelihood & Infra. pan-India

Mitesh Telgade
Mitesh Telgade has worked closely with the Founders of Studeasy Foundation ever since they started on their journey to make Education, Skill Development, Livelihood & Infrastructure accessible pan-India. Over 11+ years, Mitesh has developed unique expertise in timely execution of tech-driven developmental programs across India as per Lavin's supervision and Lehar's specifications. To make this happen, Mitesh recruits, trains and supervises a talented set of Program Managers and on-ground Program Associates in various locations pan-India.
