Circular Livelihood Program

Our Circular Livelihood Program is designed to upskill Self-help Groups (SHGs) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a specific industries and/or locations, helping them improve business efficiency, financial planning, and long-term sustainability. This program combines technology-driven learning with personalized on-ground support to address the unique challenges faced by SHGs and MSMEs. As part of the program, SHG members and MSME owners access industry-relevant training courses on their smartphones, covering topics such as production, service, inventory management, bookkeeping, business management, digital marketing, customer service, and more. In addition, Studeasy Foundation’s field personnel conduct in-person training sessions directly at each shop or business unit, providing tailored guidance and business mentoring, based on their requirement.

To ensure meaningful outcomes, our team works closely with participating SHGs and MSMEs, monitors their progress, and captures insights to showcase improvements in business performance and operational growth.

  • Business growth at the grassroots

    This program empowers SHGs & MSMEs in selected industries and/or regions by combining mobile-based learning with on-site training. SHG members & MSME owners can access industry-specific skill courses on their smartphones, helping them build stronger, more sustainable businesses through flexible, tech-enabled learning.

  • Personalized mentoring for SHGs & MSMEs

    Each SHG member and MSME owner receives tailored guidance through in-person sessions conducted at their place of business. Our field personnel offer support based on each individual’s specific challenges — whether related to production, service, inventory, customer engagement, finance, or operations — ensuring relevant, actionable learning.

  • Complete program management

    To deliver this program effectively, we appoint trained on-ground personnel who coordinate closely with SHG & MSME participants, track their learning progress, and provide hands-on mentorship. We also monitor program performance and collect data to evaluate business improvements.

  • Aligned with India’s MSME vision
