Project Management Executive (Full-time Role)
Selected candidates will deploy and manage technology-led projects that strengthen education, employability, livelihoods and community development.
What does a candidate need to have:
- Must hold a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) degree
- Or, must hold a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Must have prior experience in dealing with schools, colleges, SHGs and/or training
- Passion to improve the state of India’s students, youth, SHGs and/or MSMEs
- Prepared to work for 5 days per week for 9 hours/day
- Access to a laptop or computer with internet
- Basic knowledge of Google/Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Know how to read, write and speak in English
- Know how to read, write and speak atleast 1 Indian regional language
- Understanding & use of AI platforms will be appreciated

Project Management Trainee (Part-time Role)

What does a candidate need to have:
- Must be a Final Yr. student in a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) program
- Or, must be a Final Yr. student in a Masters of Social Work (MSW) program
- Passion to improve the state of India’s students, youth, SHGs and/or MSMEs
- Ability to work for atleast 18 hours per week
- Access to a laptop or computer with internet
- Basic knowledge of Google/Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Know how to read, write and speak in English
- Know how to read, write and speak atleast 1 Indian regional language
- Understanding & use of AI platforms will be appreciated

Project Intern (Part-time Role)

What does a candidate need to have:
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) program
- Or, must be enrolled in a Masters of Social Work (MSW) program
- Passion to improve the state of India’s students, youth, SHGs and/or MSMEs
- Ability to work for atleast 8 hours per week
- Access to a laptop or computer with internet
- Basic knowledge of Google/Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Know how to read, write and speak in English and the local language
- Know how to read, write and speak in atleast 1 Indian regional language

Fundraising Intern (Part-time Role)
Selected Interns will work closely with our leadership team to identify, explore and tap into new fundraising opportunities to drive growth and impact.
What does an Intern need to have:
- Should be pursuing or holding a BBA/MBA/BBM degree or equivalent
- Or, should be pursuing a BSW/MSW degree or equivalent
- Passion to improve the state of India’s students, youth, SHGs & MSMEs
- Intention to spend 18 hours per week for atleast 3 months
- Access to a laptop or computer with internet
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of Google/Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel & PowerPoint
- Understanding & use of AI platforms will be appreciated

Selected candidates will support AI-enabled content creation, technology integration and operational innovation across our programs and internal processes.
What does a candidate need to have:
- Can belong to any educational or professional background
- Passion to use AI for education, livelihoods and social impact
- Strong interest in AI tools, automation and emerging technologies
- Ability to learn, experiment and solve practical implementation challenges
- Access to a laptop or computer with internet
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Basic understanding of Google/Microsoft Office tools
