Donation Refunds:
1. General Donations: Studeasy Foundation will consider refund requests for general donations on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that we typically do not provide refunds for general donations, as they are utilized immediately to support our ongoing programs and initiatives.
2. Specific Program Donations: If you have made a donation specifically for one of our programs, such as the Smart Class Program, Flipped-Class Program, or Blended Learning Program, please note that these funds are allocated and utilized for the designated program. As a result, we generally do not provide refunds for specific program donations unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances:
1. Payment Error: In the event of a payment error, such as accidental duplicate donations or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at admin@studeasy.foundation. We will work with you to rectify the error and, if required, process a refund.
2. Program Cancellation: If a specific program is canceled or unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will evaluate the situation and may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. We will communicate any program cancellations or changes to our donors promptly.
3. Discrepancy in Program Execution: If you have donated towards a specific program, and there is a significant discrepancy in the execution or implementation of the program compared to the stated objectives and impact communicated by the Studeasy Foundation, please contact us with details of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, consider providing a refund.
Procedure for Refund Requests:
