Tax benefits
Cut your Taxes by making a donation
Did you know that your donation to Studeasy Foundation can help you save on taxes? As a registered charitable organization with 12A and 80G certifications, as well as CSR e-Form 1, we are eligible to offer tax benefits to our donors under the applicable laws in India. Here's how you can save tax while making a positive impact on underprivileged Govt. school students' education:
-
80G Certification: Studeasy Foundation has obtained 80G certification, which allows donors to claim a deduction on their taxable income for the amount donated. When you contribute to our programs, you can avail a deduction of up to 50% of your donation amount under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This deduction helps reduce your taxable income, resulting in a lower tax liability.
-
12A Certification: Studeasy Foundation holds a 12A certification, which exempts us from paying income tax on the donations we receive. This ensures that the full value of your donation goes towards supporting our programs and directly benefiting underprivileged Govt. school students. Your donation is utilized efficiently, maximizing the social impact of the funds you have donated.
- CSR e-Form 1: Studeasy Foundation's recognition under CSR e-Form 1 makes it an eligible recipient for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds. If you are a corporate entity, your contribution to our programs can be counted towards fulfilling your CSR obligations, which are mandated under the Companies Act, 2013. By supporting our program, you not only make a positive social impact but also meet your CSR requirements.
